How to create/modify/delete Stationery in Claritum?

Types of stationery documents

Claritum allows you to create separate stationery for the following types of system documents:

  • Customer Quote
  • Customer Confirmation
  • Delivery Note
  • Customer Invoice
  • Project Part
  • Picklist
  • Supplier Purchase Order
  • Supplier RFq

System Requirements

All documents generated by the system use a system-wide 'base' PDF for the standard stationery.

Please use an A4 print-ready PDF (version 1.4) with no crop marks
The design should leave enough room for system-generated content:


We recommend that no 'bitmap' imagery is present on this document and the filesize is kept to a minimum as the system will be generating large numbers of these documents and sending them to suppliers, buyers and customers so larger files will slow the processing and sending of these documents.

Creating a stationery

  • When you have your PDF stationery ready, simply go to 'Configuration' menu and select 'System'
  • Go to 'Stationery' tab and select 'Edit Stationery Location" (an icon of a pencil) 
    • select Default if you wish to apply a stationery to all your customers
    • select a customer to which your stationery should be applied to
    • if you want your stationery to be applied to a customer that is not present within Stationery Locations - then Add a stationery location

  • Select a document type for which you want to apply your stationery and click on 'Add document'

  • 'Choose a file' and click 'Save'

Deleting an existing stationery

  • Go to 'Stationery' tab and select 'Edit Stationery Location" (an icon of a pencil) 
  • Select 'Delete' button available on a top right corner (as per above screenshot)
