Customer Purchase Order Approval
You can limit the amount Customer Users can spend on their Orders.
If a Customer User places an order which has a value higher than their spend limit set on Claritum the Customer User will see a Get Approval button instead of Place Order.

How to set up Customer User Spend Limit and Line Manager?
This has to be set up on Customer User by Customer User basis.
- Go to Customer → Contacts → search for your Customer User using filtering
- in the Details tab enter Spend Limit value and select Line Manager from the drop-down menu
Please bear in mind the Line Manager is another Customer User so needs to be set up on the system already.
