How to contact Claritum Support?

 

You can contact us using the following ways:

Support Portal

You can log a ticket using the Support Portal (Zendesk) tool. If you have a question, problem or a new feature request this is the best way to raise it.

Only accredited users have access to the Zendesk tool. Accredited users (Super Users) are trained and given access in order to be able to log tickets when necessary.

Email 

If for some reason the Support Portal cannot be used to raise a query, you can always email us at support@claritum.com

Phone number

You can also contact us on our UK number (+44) 0330 088 2639. This number will take you through to our technicians and your query will be then logged in the Support Portal.


Please remember to quote your Support Reference number for any existing Service Requests.

 

Please be aware that Claritum support members do not monitor their individual mailboxes so it is advisable to use the generic Claritum email address or to raise a ticket directly in the Support Portal.
