Claritum Announcements
Based on the recent Cyber Attack affecting multiple applications in multiple European countries, we wanted to confirm Claritum remained unaffected and provides their services as usual.
Claritum always make sure to:
- Keep our organisation's security software patches up to date
- Use proper antivirus software services
- Back up the data that matters to you, because you can't be held to ransom for data you hold somewhere else.
We will be performing essential maintenance on the Claritum system between 22:30 and 23:00 GMT on Thursday 23rd of March 2017.
During this time the system may be unavailable for a period of up to 5 minutes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Claritum Phone System Issue
There is an Issue with contacting Claritum via phone. The ticket has ben raised with our service provider awaiting their update.
Claritum System Error
There was an issue with "Ooops" error message appearing randomly in Claritum. This has been fixed around 4.51 pm GMT.
'Work In Progress' Report Fix
There was an issue with the Work In Progress' report which affected the 'Supplier Costs' column. This is going to be fixed today (30/11/2016).
GDCI - Network | UK Providers Experiencing Intermittent Connectivity | LON Region
On 10 November 2016, at approximately 10:00 UTC, engineers became aware of an issue with UK internet providers experiencing intermittent connectivity issues. Providers are working to resolve the issue on their side. During this time, a portion of UK Rackspace customers may experience intermittent connectiivity when accessing Rackspace products and services from the UK region.
