What are 'groups' and how do they work?

'Grouping' allows your service provider users to work together on the same system without affecting users in other 'groups'.

To create a 'group' simply put the group's name in the user's 'Group' field. Now the user will only be able to see the projects that:

  • they own themselves
  • are owned by other users in the same 'group'.

Users can still hand projects over to users in other groups (in fact this is a handy way of distributing the workflow without cluttering up the teams' views with projects that they are not ready to handle yet).
