System

This is where the Service Provider can configure the look-and-feel of the Claritum user interface. Colour schemes and logos can be configured.

Administrators can setup several different sets of branding which can be assigned to different administrators.

Creating and editing a branding set

 

  • To begin setting up sets of branding see ‘Configuration > Branding’

  • You will be presented with the following screen

  • Click the ‘New Branding’ button to create a new branding set, or you can click the pencil to edit an existing set

  • Once you have chosen a colour scheme and uploaded a logo be sure to give the branding set a name and click save


Assigning branding sets to administrators

  • To assign a set of branding to an administrator click the ‘administrators’ link on the left hand menu

  • Find the administrator you need and click the on their name to begin editing them

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter the name of the branding set you want to assign to that customer in the ‘Branding’ field

 


Edit Colour Scheme

 

Here you can change the colour scheme of the Claritum system.

When you change colours here the screen colours change in real time, allowing you to see immediately how the new branding will look.

 

There are two ways to change colours:

  • Click the coloured square and select a colour from the palette.

     

  • Enter a hexadecimal colour number directly in the Primary Colour or Secondary Colour Field.

  • Click the Save button to save the changes.


  • Here you can upload a logo to replace the Claritum logo in the top left corner of the screen.

  • An uploaded logo immediately displays in the top left screen corner. For example:

 

  • To remove the logo, click the delete icon next to it in the Upload logo box.

  • Click the Save button to save the changes.
