Project Workflow

The Project Workflow is a key part of the Claritum Spend Management Platform and is used for all orders other than simple Customer catalogue purchases. A Project is created in one of two ways:

  1. The Service Provider creates a Project to manage a Customer Quote Request.
  2. A Project is created automatically when a Customer places an order for a Rate Card or Personalised item.

Projects enable the Service Provider to effectively manage complex Customer orders. A single Project can contain multiple parts, with each part representing an individual Quote Request or Rate Card order. Projects can be saved, sorted, copied, downloaded and closed.
