Quote Request Workflow

The Quote Request workflow begins with the Customer raising a Quote Request to their Service Provider. The Service Provider then raises a Quote Request to its favoured Suppliers to get the best possible deal for the Customer. The Suppliers respond with Quotes and the Service Provider sends the best value Quote to the Customer. If the Customer is happy, they place an order for the quoted item(s).
