This is where the Service Provider can configure different aspects of Customer-facing stationery.

System Requirements

All documents generated by the system use a system-wide 'base' PDF for the standard stationery.

Please use an A4 print-ready PDF (version 1.4) with no crop marks
The design should leave enough room for system-generated content:


We recommend that no 'bitmap' imagery is present on this document and the filesize is kept to a minimum as the system will be generating large numbers of these documents and sending them to suppliers, buyers and customers so larger files will slow the processing and sending of these documents.

Here you can add, edit and delete stationery types.

Add / Edit a Type

  1. Click the Add a type button
    The New stationery type form appears.

  2. Enter a name and click the Create button.
    The Edit <name of stationery type> page opens.

  3. If you want a different background to the default plain white, click the choose file and upload the background as a PDF file.

    Only a PDF file format can be uploaded.

  4. Set the various page dimensions (height, width etc), the font type and the font size.

  5. Click the Save button.

  6. If you want subsequent pages of the stationery type (e.g. Customer Quote) to have different settings, unselect the Same as first page checkbox and repeat step 4 for the Subsequent pages.


The Default stationery type always displays (as shown in the screenshot above). If only this stationery type is set, all documents using that stationery type will have the same settings.

To customise the stationery type of different documents, select the document from the drop-down list, click the Add document button and repeat steps 6 to 9.

Delete a Type

  1. Click the delete icon  next to the stationary type.
    The confirmation message appears.
  2. Click Delete.
