Stock Orders - Viewing Stock Levels

This page details the functionality of the Stock Levels page in Claritum. Claritum has an advanced stock management system that lets you easily manage stock levels, check stock movements and re-order previously purchased stock items.

Searching For Stock

 

Users can use the following search options when viewing stock levels.

  • Search Box: The standard search box lets you search for stock items by their name or reference

  • Customer: Search for a stock item for a specific customer. Customers will be automatically suggested as you type

  • Warehouse: Search for all stock items in a specific warehouse. Warehouses will automatically be suggested as you type

  • Status: Show all stock items with the selected status such as ‘on backorder’

 

Stock Level Table

The stock level table displays the following information

  • Ref: The unique reference code for that stock item

  • Name: Name of the stock item

  • Customer: The customer who that stock item is applied to

  • Warehouse: The warehouse location of the stock item

  • Available: How many stock units are currently available to order

  • Current Stock: The total amount of current stock for that stock item

  • Minimum: The minimum order total for that stock item

  • Reorder: How many units are available to reorder

  • UOM: Displays the unit of measurement for that specific stock item such as 'single units' or 'boxes of x'

  • Available value: The total value of the available stock

  • Current Value: The current value of the stock item

  • Backorder: How many units are on backorder

  • Backorder value: The total value of all the stock on backorder
