This page details all the functionality of the Stock Order listings page. The listing page is an overview of all your stock orders. Here you can manage active stock orders, view past orders and export a list of all the current listings.

Overview

The order listings page can be accessed from the menu by going to ‘Stock > Stock Orders’.

Every stock order will be presented in a table to the user and they can use the various search options to find whichever stock order they are looking for.

 

Stock Order Listing Table

The Stock Order listing table displays the following information.

  • Status: This shows the status of the selected stock order. The available statuses are shown below

    • New: This is a brand new stock order

    • On backorder: The stock order is currently on back order

    • Awaiting authorisation: An item in the order requires authorisation before it can proceed

    • Pending: The order is active but has not begun fulfilment

    • On hold: The order is not in progress and being held until a later date

    • Packing: The order is currently being packed

    • Despatched: The order has been despatched from the warehouse

    • Cancelled: The stock order was cancelled

  • Reference: This is the reference code for the stock order. Users can click on the reference code and they will be taken to an overview of the order

  • Customer: This shows the customer who requested the stock order

  • Customer User: This shows the specific customer user who requested the stock order

  • Date placed: This shows the date the stock order was first placed

  • Sale: This shows the current sale price of the stock order

  • Next Action: If the stock order is still in progress then this button will show the next available action, the user can click this button and they will be taken to the stock order and be presented with the option to perform the next step in the workflow

Search Options

Users have access to the following search options when viewing stock orders

  • Customer: Search for all stock orders by a specific customer. This field will auto suggest customers as you type

  • Status: Show all stock orders with the selected status

  • Bulk Action: Show all orders where the selected bulk action can be performed

  • Start/End Date: Show all orders with the selected date type within the following date range

  • Date type: Select to show orders within a date range based on either when the orders was created, placed, despatched or the Requested delivery date
