Finding a Rate Card

After creating the new Project, the Service Provider needs to find the Rate Card item in the catalogue.



  1. From the New Project page, select Rate Cards from the Items list.
    This will filter the product catalogue to only display Rate Card items.

  2. Search within the filtered Rate Card sub-set, by product name or customer name.



  3. Click the Select Rate Card button for the required item.
    The New Quote Request page will display.
