Document Services - Admins
Document services allows Claritum to automatically build a price for customers when they raise a request for certain catalogue items.
Entering Sale Prices for Document Services
See ‘Configuration > Base’
Click the tab ‘Service Prices’
A list of services and the priceable options are displayed
Enter the prices and click save
Raising a project with document services
Create a new project and select an item that has a service with prices attached to it
Enter the basic details of the project
Further down the page the user is asked to enter select options that meet their required specification
Click save at the bottom of the page
The supplier who can provide the cheapest price is automatically selected as the winning supplier
