Document Services - Admins

Document services allows Claritum to automatically build a price for customers when they raise a request for certain catalogue items.

Entering Sale Prices for Document Services

• See ‘Configuration > Base’

Open

• Click the tab ‘Service Prices’

Open

• A list of services and the priceable options are displayed

• Enter the prices and click save

Raising a project with document services

• Create a new project and select an item that has a service with prices attached to it

• Enter the basic details of the project

• Further down the page the user is asked to enter select options that meet their required specification

• Click save at the bottom of the page

• The supplier who can provide the cheapest price is automatically selected as the winning supplier
