When a Service-Provider receives a Quote Request from a customer they will want to raise a Quote Request to their suppliers.

There are five steps to raising a Quote Request to Suppliers:

  1. Creating a new Project   
  2. Finding a Quote Request item
  3. Completing a Quote Request form
  4. Service Provider selects Suppliers
  5. Sending a Quote Request to suppliers


Comments (Kasia):

  1. Can we change the article title to indicate the instructions refer to "Service Provider raising a Quote on behalf of a Customer"?
  2. Point 4. Selecting Suppliers ad 5. Sending a Quote request to suppliers ( btw lets make it capital S for Suppliers to be consistent) - can we create a separate section  "Service Provider raising a Quote on behalf of a Customer" and "Supplier Responds to Quote Request from Service Provider"
  3. Point 2. Finding a Quote Request Item and point 3. Completing a Quote Request form could both sit under point 1. Creating a new Project.

Hopefully that makes sense, we can discuss Monday.
