Finding a Quote Request item

When a customer has submitted a Quote Request, the Service Provider needs to find the corresponding catalogue item.

There are multiple ways to find a catalogue item.

  • In the search box, type the name of the item, or the product code, then click Go!

  • From the Items list, select Quote Request.

Folders of Catalogue items eligible for Quote Request will be displayed below.
    Open the appropriate folder.

  • In the Customer box, enter the name of the Customer, then click Go!
This will narrow the results to only show Catalogue Items visible to a specific Customer.

  • Browse the Catalogue. Select a Catalogue folder to open it.

When you find the Catalogue item, select Create Quote Request:

Clear Search!

If you cannot find what you are looking for with one search method, select Clear Search! then search again.
