When a Service-Provider receives a Quote Request from a customer they will want to raise a Quote Request to their suppliers.
There are five steps to raising a Quote Request to Suppliers:
- Creating a new Project <<Kasia: this step is not necessarily correct. When a Service Provider receives a Qute Request - this is already considered as a Project on the system end. Creating a new Project is more for when a Customer does not have access to the Customer Catalogue interface and then the Service Provider raises a Quote Request ( Project) on behalf of the Customer User directly on the main system.>>
