Having received quotes from suppliers, the Service Provider analyses the offers and sends the best quote to the Customer.

- In Projects > All Projects, find the project.
It will have the status 'Responses Received' and the Next Action 'Send Quote'. - Click the Send Quote button.
The Quote page will appear showing the Project Parts, Email and PDF Message fieldfields. - In the Parts section, select each Project Part you want a quote for by selecting the Part's checkbox

For more information on how to do this see Customising an Email. - In the PDF Message section, enter a PDF message if required.
The PDF contains all information needed by the Supplier to provide a quote, such as the product specification and quantity.
The PDF Message box can be used to communicate any additional information to the Supplier. It will appear in a separate section on the PDF.

- Click the Preview button to check the PDF before sending.
If necessary, you can modify the email and PDF message as required, until you're happy with it. - Click the Send button to send the email and PDF to the Customer.
