If a Customer does not have access to the Customer Catalogue, the Service Provider can place a Rate Card order on the Customer's behalf.
This involves:
- Creating a New Project (Rate Card)
- or adding a Rate Card item as a Part to an existing project. See Adding a Part
- Finding a Rate Card
- Completing a Rate Card Quote Request Form
