It aims to provide comprehensive and up-to-date information on all aspects of Claritum functionality. 

Claritum Knowledge Base is a place to visit when support queries can be addressed directly without a need to contact your Support Contacts.

The Knowledge Base includes training materials, 'How do I' articles, information about the latest releases and new features available in Claritum.

Claritum Knowledge Base is available to anyone and does not require a login.

There is an easy way of searching for knowledge articles using the Search field available on a main screen.

When typing a phrase it will suggest all matching results based on the keywords. The more precise query you provide the more accurate knowledge article will be suggested.

We have divided knowledge content into several different sections and under each of them you can find a number of support articles, FAQs, technical information, most up-to date details on frequently implemented features.


Exporting Claritum Knowledge Base Articles

It's easy and only takes a couple of clicks to get the content downloaded to your local drive.

Navigate to the top right corner and choose a way of exporting your article to either PDF or Word document. It's a great way of sharing Claritum documents with others and also create your own work instructions.
