Data Subject - Personal Data Request

Claritum’s user (Data Subject) can request their personal data to be deleted, anonymised, updated, corrected or have restricted use by submitting a request with Claritum via:

  • email: gdpr@claritum.com

  • phone: +44 1225 851 666

  • send a letter : Claritum Headquarters, Unit 5 Riverside Court, Bath BA2 3DZ, UK


Claritum shall reply to the data subject request without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request. 

This delay may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. In this case, Claritum shall inform the user ( Data subject) within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.
