Enhanced Claritum Knowledge Base

Claritum Knowledge Base is a central self-service repository of information about Claritum Procurement system.

It provides comprehensive and up-to-date information on all aspects of Claritum functionality. We want to provide an easy access to the knowledge articles and answer your questions any time you need help. Claritum Knowledge Base is a place to visit when support queries can be addressed directly without a need to contact your Super Users. And if you are one - you will also benefit from having direct access to information we share.

You can now easily browse our "How do I articles," access training materials and search for information in a fast and easy way. It's a perfect place for checking the latest releases and new features we have implemented to improve the Claritum procurement platform for you.

Claritum Knowledge Base is now available to all Claritum users and is very easily accessible - directly from Claritum Procurement Platform.  No login credentials are required!

So, in summary the solution we provide guarantees:

Search field

There is an easy way of searching for knowledge articles using the Search field available on a main screen.

When typing a phrase it will suggest all matching results based on the keywords. The more precise query is provided to the Search box the more accurate solution will be suggested.

Claritum Knowledge Base is structured in a way allowing you to browse information easily and effectively. We have divided knowledge content into several different sections and under each of them you can find a number of support articles , FAQs, technical information, most up-to date details on frequently implemented features.

You can also click on on one of the link icons available on the main Knowledge Base screen and it will take you to a relevant Page Tree where you can look for the entire content of each Page.


Exporting Claritum Knowledge Base Articles

Now it's easy and only takes a couple of clicks to get the content downloaded to your local drive.

Navigate to the top right corner and choose a way of exporting your article to either PDF or Word document. It's a great way of sharing Claritum documents with others and also create your own work instructions.



You can now transform these articles into your own work instructions and share with others!
