There is an easy way of searching for knowledge articles using the Search field available on a main screen.
When typing a phrase in Knowledge Base Search field it will suggest all matching results based on the keywords. The more precise query is provided to the Search box the more accurate solution will be suggested.

We have divided knowledge content into several different sections and under each of sections you can find a number of support articles , answers to most frequently asked questions, "how do I" queries and other.
Exporting Claritum Knowledge Base Articles
Now it's easy and only takes a couple of clicks to get the content downloaded to your local drive.
Navigate to the top right corner and choose a way of exporting your article to either PDF or Word document. It's a great way of sharing Claritum documents with others and also create your own work instructions.
