  1. Log in to the Claritum Procurement System.

  2. Open the Catalogue from the menu bar:

    Menu bar - Catalogue


  3. Select a Rate Card item from the Catalogue and add it to your basket.

  4. If options are available, Customise the Rate Card item as required.

  5. Add attachments as required.

  6. Click the Add to Basket button.
    You will be taken to the Checkout page.

  7. Click theĀ Checkout button.
    You will be taken to the Confirm Delivery Details page.

  8. Check the order details, enter the Purchase Order, Delivery Date, and any special instructions, then click theĀ Place Order button.
    The order is sent to the Service Provider, who checks, approves and forwards the order to the Supplier.
