Claritum Knowledge Base is structured in a way allowing you to browse information easily and effectively. We have divided knowledge content into several different sections and under each of them you can find a number of support articles, FAQs, technical information, most up-to date details on frequently implemented features.

You can also click on one of the link icons available on the main Knowledge Base screen and it will take you to a relevant Page Tree where you can look for the entire content of each Page.Image Added

Exporting Claritum Knowledge Base Articles

Navigate to the top right corner and choose a way of exporting your article to either PDF or Word document. It's a great way of sharing Claritum documents with others and also create your own work instructions.
