Page Comparison

A Customer can order a Rate Card item through the Customer Catalogue just like any other item.

1. Log in to the Claritum Procurement System.

2. Open the Catalogue from the menu bar:

3. Select an a Rate Card item from the Catalogue that uses a Rate Card (i.e. a 'Repeat Item)and add it to your basket.

4. If options are available, Customise the Rate Card item as required.

5. Add attachments as required.

6. Click the Add to Basket button.
   You will be taken to the Checkout page.

7. Click the Checkout button.
   You will be taken to the Confirm Delivery Details page.

8. Check the order details, enter the Purchase Order, Delivery Date, and any special instructions, then click the Place Order button.
   The order is sent to the Service Provider, who checks, approves and forwards the order to the Supplier.
