Add Part

This function allows the Service Provider to add a Part to a Project. - Select the Project from All Projects.
- On the Project Parts page, click the Add Part button.
You will be redirected to the Add Part page.
- Follow the normal workflow for adding a Part.

This function allows the Service Provider to delete a Project Part. - Select the Project from All Projects.
- On the Project Parts page, click the Delete Selected button.
A warning message appears:
- Click Yes.
The reason provided is stored in the Audit trail.

Copy Selected

This function allows the Service Provider to copy a Project Part. This can save you a lot of time if you need to create multiple similar Parts. You can copy a Part and amend it rather than having to re-enter all the details from scratch. - Select the Project from All Projects.
- On the Project Parts page, click the Copy Selected button.
A copy of the Part is created with the status New.

Quote Selected

This function allows the Service Provider to send multiple Project Part quotes to the Customer with one action. - Select the Project from All Projects.
- On the Project Parts page, click the Quote Selected button.
The Quote email page will display. Edit as required and click the Send button.
