A Rate Card is a product specification with one or more fixed quantities and fixed costs for those quantities. A Rate Card can be created for any product that needs to be purchased in bulk, and which enables cost savings to be passed on to the Customer for purchasing in bulk.

A Customer can order a Rate Card item just as they do a single product. They simply select it from the Customer Catalogue, add it to their basket and place the order.
