Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP)
This document outlines the areas of system usage that would be considered 'excessive' (i.e. consumption of resources beyond limits regarded as acceptable) and may be subject to either additional charge or constraints being applied.
If your requirements are beyond these limits then please contact Claritum Customer Services to discuss in more detail.
Multiple logins with the same administrator account
We reserve the right to prevent multiple users from logging in with the same administrator account.Â
Multiple customers and suppliers can log in using the same account, but we recommend they use separate accounts for auditing purposes.
File uploads
File uploads are limited to 1Gb per file. There is no limit on the total number of attachments.
We reserve the right to remove any attachment found containing malicious code without notice.
3rd party integrations
If a 3rd party system that we have been asked to integrate with is unavailable or returning errors for an extended period (more than 4 hours) we may temporarily disable the integration to avoid excessive error messages and logging. We always attempt to contact the organisation responsible for the system before doing so.
Malicious use
Any user found deliberately attempting to infiltrate the system or compromise performance (ie, Denial of Service) will be blocked. In severe cases, this may stop other users from the same location accessing the system, but we will work with the affected client and law enforcement to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Web Services
Systems reading data from/sending data to the Claritum System via Web Services are subject to the following limits:
Maximum inbound message size:Â 1MB
Maximum inbound message size (total elements):Â 10,000
Maximum frequency of request (GET):Â 10 per second
Maximum frequency of request (POST/PUT):Â 1 per minute
