Home/Dashboard

The home screen gives users a quick overview of projects and access to the dashboard which is a summary of orders and the total spent by users

The Home screen gives access to two tabs, saved searches and dashboard


Saved Searches

This tab displays details of any saved searches the user has configured to appear on the home screen

  • First the user should search for projects on the ‘All Projects’ screen

  • The user then clicks the save button

  • The system will ask the user to enter a title for the saved search and whether they want to the saved search to appear on the menu on the left hand side or the Home screen

 

  • If the user selects ‘Home page’ then the search will appear on the saved search tab

 


Dashboard

The dashboard is only visible to Administrators and not Supplier and Customer users

The dashboard gives the user a quick summary of all projects. By default claritum will show details of past orders from the 12 months however the user can use the date picker to see an overview of projects from a specific time frame.

 

The dashboard is broken down into 4 seperate sections.

  • The top of the dashboard shows details of the Total Spend, Total Orders and Total Average Spend of all projects within the selected time frame.

 

  • Below this is the Supplier Orders graph, this shows details about the number of orders, total quantities and expenditure over time.

 

  • Further down the page the dashboard gives a quick summary of total number of Suppliers, Spend per Supplier, total number of Buyers and total Spend per Buyer.

 

  • Finally the dashboard has pie charts showing spend by supplier, spend by buyer, spend by product and spend by service.

 

The user can also click on sections of each pie chart, the dashboard will adjust itself to show a breakdown of the selected section
