What's Claritum Ideas Portal?

This is a perfect place for providing us with a feedback on the product. 

We want to hear your feedback and make sure we stay up to date with our product. Please let us know what other features you will benefit from and we can have a look into your requirements.

You know better what you need from our product! Let us know and we will do our best to address your requirements.

Just remember, as long much as we want to make all our customers happy, the number of features we can implement is limited. Our team sometimes needs to rest too!  

Submitting a New Idea

If after reviewing our existing Ideas you come to a conclusion that nothing fits your requirements - go ahead and you can log a new idea.

Just remember that when raising an idea we need to know what exactly is that you're after so please deliver us with as many details as possible, also  feel free to include any screenshots, they are always very helpful.

It will also help other people to better understand your requirements and they will be willing to vote for your suggestions! Remember, the more votes, the better.

Specifying Ideas Category will help at a later stage when you filter through all the ideas available entries on the portal. 

Once Idea the  idea is submitted, you will be receiving receive notifications informing you every time someone is providing a comment or voting comments or votes for your idea. It will help you to keep a track on the progress of your requests. 

Don't like notifications? No worries, you can always unsubscribe from receiving emailsthem. It will still allow you to view your Idea directly through the portal when you log in.

Need to change a password or update your personal details? You can easily modify your personal details provide modifications by going to 'Edit Profile' option.

Only Super Users Support Contacts are allowed to raise ideas within on Claritum Ideas Portal. If you think you have a brilliant Idea an idea to share then contact your Super User Support Contacts and discuss it with them first.
